Sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately, I couldn’t seem to find the japanese version of the fourth volume of Bukiyou na Silent (but I am aware of and do love the series! :D) If whoever you received the scans from or if they’re yours and you don’t mind sharing them, I’d love to offer translations :)
